..."#Be YOUTHFUL AND DILIGENT ANYWHERE YOU FIND YOURSELF" - HON. ADU EXHORT YOUTH AT THE MYSD TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP TRAINING

The Executive Chairman, IRU Victoria Island LCDA, Hon. Princess Rasheedat Abiodun Adu (IION) finance a youth medical bill for eye treatment yesterday. Prior to this, the chairman had ensured he undergoes basic test before the treatment.

Also, the Chairman joined the youth at the ongoing two day Ministry of Youth& Social Development (MYSD) transformational leadership training for youth.

Giving her good will message, the chairman said, "I welcome you all to this august occasion, an avenue to acquire more knowledge and more importantly, I welcome you to the most corporate  local government where Youth are not sideline when it comes to development.

I must commend the ever active and Youth friendly Governor of our time, His Excellency, Gov. Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu for getting the Youth involved in various activities, thank you very much Sir.

"Leadership role is very sensitive, hence the need to be focus, diligent and versatile. Be youthful anywhere you find yourself, desist from illegal or immoral activities and never give laziness an option" Chairman added.

More so, leaders aren’t born they are made. And they are made just like anything else, through hard work. And that’s the price we’ll have to pay to achieve that goal, or any goal, be hardworking".
